2023-2024 Sponsorship Information for Players

Deadline to hold accounts from the 2023 soccer season is November 30, 2023. After the 30th, unclaimed accounts are available to all players. At that time you name will be attached to that business. Please check back often for updates.

Q: What does my player credit go towards?
A: 50% of each sponsorship sold will be applied to your player fees (this year we are including 4th block athletics)

Q: How much player credit do I get?
A: The following is a list of sponsorship pricing along with the player credit for each level:

 Q: What if I am returning player and contacted a business last year?
A: Only businesses that PURCHASED sponsorships in the 2022-2023 season can be held for a returning player. If you contacted them, but they did not purchase last season that account will be available for anyone.

Q: How long will you hold an account sold last year?
A : We will hold an account until November 30, 2023. After that it will be available to any player.

Q: Where do I see the list of business who purchased ads/ banners last year?
A: There is a list of sponsorships contacted/sold on the HHS Soccer website.

Q: What do I do when I contact a business that is interested in purchasing a sponsorship?
A: Please complete the Sponsorship Contact Form.  That account will be marked as being contacted.  This will notify other players who look at the running sponsorship list that the business has already been asked to sponsor.

Q: Why do I have to report who I have contacted?
A: To prevent a business from being called on by multiple players.

Q: What if someone else calls on one of the businesses I contacted?
A: That is why we update the list. Please remember that sometimes players/parents have a relationship with a business that may take precedence.

Q: What if a business wants to donate items or services?
A: Unfortunately, we are not able to give player credit for donated items or services.

Q: Can I turn contracts in on Admin Day?
A: Yes, but remember it takes at least 1-2 weeks to have banners printed. They may not be printed by the first game.

Q: How do you determine where the banners are placed around the fields?
A: First, we consider the level of sponsorship. Panther Pride, Panther Spirit & Red and Blue are hung in the “prime” spots in the order that the money was turned in. The Supporter level is hung by the order money is turned in. Anything turned in on or after Admin Day is hung where needed.

Q: What if I don’t have a payment from the business on Admin Day?
A: Players will be responsible for all of their remaining  balance on Admin Day. You will be issued a refund check later in the season for the credit you are due.

Q: Can I sell sponsorships after the season starts?
A: Yes. You will receive your player credit later in the season.

Q: What do I do with the artwork for banners and ads?

Q: What formats will you accept artwork in?
A: Artwork in an electronic form is requested.  Formats accepted:  .jpg, .pdf, .gif, .eps, and .ai.  Please e-mail all artwork to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..  Include the player’s name with the artwork. Checks made payable to HHS Panther Soccer Booster Club.   

PLEASE submit Sponsorship contracts and checks as you receive them.

Q: Do I need artwork if I sell an AD?
A: We only need artwork for the following sponsorship levels:
   

Panther Foundation*
Panther Pride*
Panther Spirit*
Red and Blue
Supporter

*Panther Foundation, Panther Pride, and Panther Spirit will be the only sponsorship level with artwork on the roster. The other levels will have the business name listed on the roster.

PLEASE REMEMBER TO FILL OUT CONTRACTS COMPLETELY!
