Steps to complete player sponsorship contact information.

1. Check last year's sponsor sheet to ensure that another athlete doesn't already have a hold on an account/sponsor.
2. After contacting a potential sponsor, submit a Sponsorship Contact Form. *It could take up to 10 mins. for the sheet below to be updated.
