Boys JV Head Coach

Coach Pruett
Coach Pruett has been playing soccer for as long as he can remember. A Huntsville native, he played for Huntsville High School and graduated with the class of 2020. During his time at HHS, he earned First Team All-State and First Team All-Metro honors and was selected as both the team’s Defensive MVP and Overall MVP.
After high school, he continued his playing career at Birmingham-Southern College, where he competed for four years and helped the program secure two conference championships. During his collegiate career, he was named an All-Conference player and was also nominated for All-American honors. Outside of the college season, he spent three years playing semi-professional soccer in Huntsville in the NPSL and later captained a team in the USL2 league. While at Birmingham-Southern, he earned his degree in Computer Science.
Coach Pruett now works as a software engineer at Trideum Corporation in Huntsville. He still stays active in the game by playing in the local adult league. Entering his second year with the Huntsville High boys program, Coach Pruett is excited to continue developing the JV team and looks forward to a strong and successful season.
